orders over $150 ship free within the united states. for orders under $150, the delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

orders leave our california warehouse within 1–3 business days. west coast deliveries usually arrive within 2–3 business days from shipment, and east coast deliveries within 4–6 business days. you’ll receive confirmation emails when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered.

once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. if a delivery is refused or returned to us, store credit will be issued once received. a restocking fee may apply.

if your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, email shop@fbrc.la within 7 days of the delivery date. we’ll file a lost claim and, once approved, send a replacement. claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.

FBRC is not liable for lost or stolen packages with verified proof of delivery to the correct address.

we use UPS for all shipments to ensure reliable and protected delivery.

we ship to po boxes and US military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. international po boxes are not supported at this time.

please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. FBRC is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

returns missing packaging, polybags, care labels, or showing signs of wear may incur a 15% restocking fee. restocking fees are deducted from the refund or store credit when applicable.
